Project Management Internship

Job Description

Training Leaders International seeks to strengthen the church by equipping its leaders. TLI Europe is a regional branch of TLI located in the Netherlands with ministry emphasis in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. TLI Europe is seeking ministry interns who are gifted in administration and project management to further the strategic vision of the ministry. This internship is for a three to six month period, and can either be part or full time.

Qualifications

• Abiding faith in Jesus Christ
• Meet character qualifications for deacons (1 Tim 3:8-13)
• Whole-hearted agreement with The Gospel Coalition Affirmation of Faith
• Agreement with the vision and strategy of TLI
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work well within an international team, and work remotely
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant field, or experience.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Managing Director in the implementation of the vision of TLI
• Travel within Europe and MENA as necessary
• Assist the Managing Director in managing projects associated with the launch of the TLI Europe Regional Office and our CTT Training Initiative.
• Work with a team to initiate, execute, complete and close assigned projects for TLIE
• Maintain regular communications between team, leadership, and stakeholders.

Travel Expectations

• Travel within Europe 3-4 days per month
• Possible travel within MENA 5-7 days during internship
