Regional Coordinator
Crown Theological Training (CTT) is a training initiative of Training Leaders International, Europe, which seeks to strengthen the church by sending teachers to equip leaders for service. CTT focuses on equipping leaders in the Arabic-speaking church by providing accredited BA and MA programs in Bible, Theology, and Leadership. Courses are taught in Arabic through hybrid learning.
Job description: Regional Ministry Coordinators help befriend, equip, and encourage students in their ministry. They function as the primary contact point between CTT and the student, give direction on assignments, and guide them as they progress through the program.
Qualifications:
- Abiding love for and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Commitment to TLI’s vision to train leaders to strengthen the church
- Be above reproach and fulfill the qualifications for elder (1 Tim. 3:1ff; Titus 1)
- Glad agreement with TLI’s doctrinal statement, which is the same as The Gospel Coalition’s Confessional Statement
- 3-5 years ministry experience within the context of a local church
- Ability to mentor Arabic-speaking students. Level of Arabic language ability should be 3 on the FSI scale. Coordinators for Turkey and Europe should also have an FSI level 2 in the national language as well.
- Have at least an undergraduate level of theological training.
